Shambhala Meditation Center of Atlanta

The Shambhala Meditation Center of Atlanta in Decatur offers free public meditation with instruction. Open houses are Sundays (practice from 10 AM, with instruction) and Tuesdays at 7 PM, and there is a Friday noon sitting.

The center also hosts community sanghas, weekend programs and retreats.
