Coding with Culture is a culturally responsive computer science, STEM, and workforce development organization dedicated to building a **Kindergarten-through-HBCU pathway in computational and design thinking**. We provide engaging educational programs for youth, including coding classes, STEM workshops, camps, one-on-one instruction, and school and community-based programming that connects technology with Black culture, creativity, entrepreneurship, and real-world problem solving.

Our work also extends into **workforce development and career readiness**. Through our Grow with Google programming, teens, young adults, and community members can access digital skills training and pathways to industry-recognized Google Career Certificates in areas such as cybersecurity, digital marketing, UX design, data analytics, and other high-demand technology fields.

Coding with Culture’s goal is to ensure Black and Brown learners have access not only to technology education, but to clear pathways from early exposure to college, careers, entrepreneurship, and leadership in the technology workforce.
