Paddle Cleanup Below Atlanta (Chattahoochee River)

Chattahoochee Riverkeeper and partners are paddling about 6 miles of the Chattahoochee from New Riverlands Park to Coweta Riverside Park, picking up trash along the way. The moving water is moderate and suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers.

Bring your own kayak or canoe, paddling gear, water and lunch; a few sit-on-top kayaks may be available. A school bus shuttles drivers back to the put-in. The meeting address is emailed to registered volunteers one week before.
